A new way to contact us
From Wednesday 4 March 2026, Anima, our online consultation platform, will be available in the NHS App. This gives you a new way to send medical and admin requests to the practice. If you already use the NHS App, you may find this a simple option next time you need us.
You can use the NHS App to contact us about a medical problem or send an admin request, order repeat prescriptions, view parts of your GP record such as medicines, allergies and test results, read messages and updates from us and the NHS, and support someone else such as a child or someone you care for.
During opening hours, you can send a secure request through Anima in the NHS App. To send a request, open the NHS App and select Services from the toolbar at the bottom, then choose Contact your GP about a health problem and follow the on-screen steps.
To help us respond as quickly as possible, please use one route only for each issue. If you send your request in the NHS App, there’s no need to also submit a request via our website, phone, or by coming to reception about the same issue.
Our team of triage clinicians will review your request and let you know the next steps. We may reply in the NHS App or contact you by phone or text if needed. If you turn on NHS App notifications, you won’t miss our reply.
You can also order repeat prescriptions using the NHS App. Open the app, choose Request a repeat prescription, and follow the on-screen steps. Paper requests are still accepted if you need them.
If you need help getting started with the NHS App, please ask at reception or visit the NHS website to download and set it up.
