Mental Health & Wellbeing Support
Four Counties Primary Care Network (PCN) team
Patients had the opportunity yesterday to find out more about the mental health and wellbeing support available locally, thanks to an information event at Sheepmarket Surgery ran by our Four Counties Primary Care Network (PCN) team.
The event was part of a wider programme of community engagement aimed at helping patients better understand how to access NHS and community support through their GP practice or nearby services.
“It was great for our team to speak to patients about the mental health and wellbeing support available in the local area. Many patients told them they found it helpful to learn more about the services that could support them and their families,” said Michelle, Operations and Compliance Manager.

“We’d like to thank everyone who came to see us. These conversations are really important. They help us understand what matters to our patients and how we can make support even better in the practice and the wider community.”
If you couldn’t make it, you can still find details of local mental health support on our website. Just type “mental health” into the search bar or speak to a member of the team.
