Prescription line opening hours are changing
From Wednesday, 1 July 2026, our prescription line will be open between 10am and 12pm, Monday to Friday.
If you have a question about your repeat prescription, you can contact us on our dedicated telephone line on 01780 437 017 and choosing Option 3.
You can continue to request repeat prescriptions online at a time that suits you. This is usually the quickest and easiest way to order your medication.
You can order repeat prescriptions by using:
- the NHS App
- SystmOnline
- Online form
- In person
Please allow enough time for your prescription to be processed before your medication runs out.
